Day 3 - 5K Race Training
I started out with the greatest intentions to do my 3 miles this morning, but when I rolled over I was just too tired. You see I had been up all night and finally fell asleep about 4 am.
My sister is running the race with me, so I called her and she said we would walk at 6 pm. Well 6pm turned into 6:30 and 6:30 turned into 7pm. She is like me, she comes up with the best excuses: needing to cook and then she had to run an errand. By 7pm I wasn't in the mood to work out, but she convinced me to do a quick work out.
Everyone knows that it is pitch dark by 7pm so when I post our picture, it will be hard to see us. We only did about 20 minutes of training today. I am hoping for better results tomorrow.
